Welcome to the Inner Work

What is the inner work? This is the work that creates real change-and prepares you for your best outer work. This may involve prayer, meditation, processing the dark places including memories and fears-and here’s the biggie—letting go. Letting go of attachments to things, people, ideas and fears-anything that has kept you from being or becoming all you were meant to be—is the most important piece of inner work you will do.

It’s where the spiritual-rubber-meets-the-road. It’s where most people don’t want to go-it’s too scary or they believe it will lessen their lives, rather than what it does-set you free—totally and completely free.

It’s not easy though. And it’s a process that takes time and dedication. The spiritual path is not easy. It is, however, the most important journey you can take. And once you begin, there is no turning back, for your inner self won’t let you.

In this section we’ll discuss the inner work and the many ways one can mine the path to the Inner Self

“I never let the thought of failure enter my mind. My knowledge of my unity with the Universal One and the fact that I must do this thing, and the inspired belief I should do it as a demonstration of my belief in man’s unlimited power, made me ignore the difficulties that lay in the way.” — Walter Russell (from The Man Who Tapped the Secrets of the Universe)
